The head of the axe is loose on the steel, what do I do?
Since wood is a living material it might shrink a little, but no worries. Put the head of the axe in water overnight. The problem will solve itself then. After you took the axe out of the water it's best to dry off the head and oil it.
The head of my axe started rusting, what do I do?
To remove rust from the axe it is best to use the lightest sandpaper. After sanding, treat the axe with an oil or wax.
How long is the warranty?
