Njord Gramr

The Gramr is a decorative sword based on historical finds from a 9th-century burial mound in Saebo (Norway). The find from Saebo is a beautiful example of a Viking sword from the early Middle Ages and is inlaid with the text "Thor owns me".
The blade of the Gramr is made of hand-forged layered damask steel. This has a sublime appearance and is a tribute to the blacksmiths who made unique Wootz blades from raw ore. The Gramr has an ergonomically shaped rosewood handle, which gives an excellent grip. The handle is finished with a traditional protective blend of beeswax and linseed oil. The sword comes with a luxurious storage box.
